Hodrtap will cover the return shipping cost when appropriate evidence is provided and the claim is approved.
Customer Preference Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Inspection Process
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to verify eligibility.
Inspection generally takes:
2–5 business days
after the returned package is delivered to our facility.
Refund Approval
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing time:
3–10 business days
depending on the payment provider, financial institution, and card issuer.
Please note that some banks or payment providers may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted, including but not limited to:

Exchanges

Exchange Procedure

Restocking Fee

Cancellations

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused by the customer without prior authorization from Hodrtap:

Fraud Prevention
